PLEASE NOTE: All our items are crafted by hand and fulfillment times can take up to 6 weeks, depending on item.
Order Processing:
Normal order processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
All shipping fees are in USD. Once the order has been processed it will be shipped.
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available:
Priority Mail (3 – 5 business days), Priority Mail Express (2 Business days), neither method includes weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, and/or delivery address. These items will only have Priority Mail available. Currently we do not ship to international addresses. Please note that orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Priority Mail:
After the order is processed, delivery within the 48 contiguous states and Hawaii should normally arrive in 3 – 5 business days from that date, depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery (5-10 days total).
Priority Mail Express:
Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 10:00am Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on a business day (Monday-Friday), and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 am (HST) will be processed on the following business day, and therefore should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska.

Oversized Shipping charge:
For some items shipping within the U.S., an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size, quantity, and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
